Watch Focus: Texas Tragedy
Together with the nation, we pray for the grieving families connected to Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. We pray for the families of the victims and survivors. We ask for healing for all those wounded and survivors of the school shooting. Holy Spirit, comforter, come with Your love and healing. We hedge our children with renewed prayer and declare the Lordship of Christ in glory and power over every principality and in graceful visitation for every heart and mind. Pray for every federal, state, city, and school official involved in the event and the investigation. Lord, turn us again to You that a visitation of the value and sanctity of human life, knowledge, and fear of the Lord becomes our national guiding principle once again. Pray for a national return to value human life and the fear of the Lord rather than trusting in political leaders or so-called “science.”
Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Psalm 20:1-2 “May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; may the name of the God of Jacob defend you; may He send you help from the sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion;”
Isaiah 61:1-3 “He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes.”
Memorial Day
John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.”
On this Memorial Day weekend, we honor all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our freedoms as Americans. We intercede for our present members of the Armed Forces and their families as they serve. May the Lord of Hosts cover and protect those in harm’s way around the world and extend His hand of provision and strength. May they know the love and support of a grateful nation.
Psalm 27:1-5, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. One thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.”

PURIM: On display in our courts compromising citizens’ rights to the global scene where Israel is on trial for waging a just war for their survival, justice is under judgment. The story of Purim in the Bible is a universal lesson in the triumph of justice |

For days now our intercession is interwoven in a sound of SINGING! When King David returned the ark to its place, they sang as they brought it home on their shoulders! |

Our watch focus this week begins with God’s promises from scripture that His will shall be done on earth. |
